Some new additions to the blog

So it's been awhile since I last posted. The sun came out for awhile but now the rain and cold has made it's hasty return to remind us Spring is still 21 days away, but I'm not counting. In my eagerness for Spring I am going to post a couple new spots to the blog, some inside fun and some outside. Mickey Grove Park and Zoo-Lodi

With the weather warming up you may want to start checking out more outdoor fun and at Mickey Grove you get just that! The zoo is small but charming and includes a Lorikeet enclosure where kids can hand feed the birds! Plan a picnic where you can sit by a pond and play on the play structure in between visiting the zoo and the little amusement park. Michael's Craft Store

Michaels's craft store in Tracy is holding decorating classes this month for Valentines Day. It looks like most of the projects are geared towards pre-school age (age3+) and look simple and fun. $1 bowling with your kids!

Hi! I just found out yesterday that the Tracy bowling alley has $1 games on tuesdays from 10am -5pm. My girlfriends and I took our boys yesterday and they had a blast bowling for an hour.. Only cost us $2 per kid since they bowled two games. You don't have to rent shoes either since they don't have shoes big enough for most kids under 7.
